How to Order: You may order online using your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Institutions and businesses may use purchase orders upon approval.

Shipping cost may be obtained by simply adding your items to the cart and entering your shipping address.
Your credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase. The card will then be charged when the order is shipped. We will send you an email confirmation of your order once you have completed the order.
If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 pm PST ship out the same business day, pending any unexpected delays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. If an item is on backorder, the item will ship out once it passes our quality control process.
Outside of North America: Orders via Wire Transfer Payment only, please read international policies.
Mountain Home Biological, Inc guarantees your information to be safe and secure when ordering through our website. Your email address will only be used by Mountain Home Biological, Inc to contact you concerning your order. If you request to be on our newsletter mailing list; we will, in addition, send you new product updates and special discount offers. We never sell your account information for mass mailings; All credit card information and personal details are kept confidential and accessed only by the necessary personal to fulfill and process your order.
All of our products are guaranteed to fully satisfy you, our customer! We feel that your order is not complete unless you are totally satisfied. If for any reason there is a problem with a product, return it for a replacement, refund or company credit (please see return policy instructions). Our customer service staff is trained and experienced to answer your questions and concerns. Upon completion of an order you will receive two separate emails from email@example.com.The initial email will contain the details of your order, which can be printed as receipt. The second email will arrive once the order has been shipped. Within the email there will be a link that will provide you with the updated status of your order as well as tracking information. All orders must be canceled prior to shipment. Once the item is in transit the order cannot be canceled. You must wait for the package to arrive and then ship the merchandise back to our location. If the package is refused at the time of delivery, all return shipping charges will be added to the credit card on file. If you want to cancel your order please contact us by phone immediately. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving the merchandise, we will credit the original amount minus shipping charges.
Please allow 48 hours for processing and packaging your order. We will contact you in the event of a delay. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Delivery time is 3-10 days depending on your location.
Items that cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed but will ship at a later date. When a back ordered item is selected, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change.
Customers will be charged for back ordered merchandise at the time of shipment. The total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
Some combinations of heavy and bulky labware may cost Double the calculated rates for 2ND DAY or NEXT DAY delivery. This is because of the extra packaging required to ship fragile and bulky items. We will confirm shipping costs before processing your order.
Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. We must be notified of any damage or other problems within 2 days of you receiving your products. In order to serve you better, we request that you also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 2 days of receiving them.
Mountain Home Biological works diligently to ensure that all of our products are carefully inspected for quality assurance prior to shipping. Our liability ceases after the goods leave our warehouse. It is important that shipments be inspected and any damages be reported at the time of delivery, If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper’s proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package appears damaged. Any concealed damage must be reported within 2 business days. Please retain the merchandise in the original packaging pending its inspection by the carrier.
Within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, if any product proves to be defective, please contact us immediately. Please DO NOT ship the product back to us. We will create a call tag. After we receive the defective merchandise. We will ship out a replacement or a credit will be issued.
HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING.
Within thirty (30) days of your order we can receive returns; however, we do not accept returns for used or assembled products. We do not sell used products, and you will not receive any used or refurbished merchandise from us. Please contact us if you wish to return any products. Items must be brand new (never used), in perfect condition, with all manufacturer’s packaging. Non-listed, Used, specialty items and quoted items (items that do not have prices listed on our web pages and/or items that you received a special quote on) are considered special order items and may not be returned. Items that you have installed or used cannot be returned. Items that have been specially manufactured for your order may not be returned, Laboratory Glassware, Live Materials or Owl Pellets Because of possible contamination
If you made an error and ordered the wrong product from the items that have listed prices on our web pages or catalog, (not special quoted products) and wish to return the product, you will need to e-mail us and request an RMF FORM and return instructions. Please do NOT return any product that you have ordered without first contacting Mountain Home Biological.
When it is necessary to return a product, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com prior to doing so. All returns regardless of how they were shipped or where they were shipped from must be returned with a Return Materials Form.
Any balance exceeding 35 days past due will assessed a finance charge of 1.5 %per month on the past due balance. All cost of collection an reasonable attorney fee will be added hereto in the event an attorney’s services are required in collection of past due invoice(s). Any terms or conditions inconsistent within those stated herein, which may appear on your purchase order, or any documents comprising an order from you are void. No returns will be accepted without sellers authorization. A 30% restocking fee will apply for any returned orders. Damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. Returned goods must be in original cases. No invoice deputes will be considered after 30 days from the invoice date. $25.00 will be charged on all insufficient checks. Special orders are welcome. Our standard policy on special order items is a 50% non-refundable deposit. No returns of special order items.
A Call Tag is a return transaction initiated by Mountain Home Biological to successfully return any defective or unwanted merchandise. An email notification will be sent out along with any shipping instructions. UPS will make 3 collection attempts at the customers convenience.
Items returned without a RMF FORM may be set aside until we hear from the customer. This system is necessary to ensure that you receive proper credit in a timely fashion. Once the product has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and you will be credited for the returned product, less the applicable restocking fee and original shipping and processing charges.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee, except in cases where we have sent the wrong items. We have a standard restocking fee of 30%.
